ABOUT ME

Diana Porebski, LMSW

Diana understands that being human can be challenging, and that throughout life, individuals may experience emotional and mental imbalances that are difficult to navigate alone. She offers compassionate support and guidance to those on their healing journey, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Her approach is deeply informed by her training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, where she learned to integrate evidence-based therapies with somatic modalities that support individuals in regulating their stress responses and emotional well-being. With almost 15 years of clinical experience in mental health and addiction medicine, Diana brings both depth and versatility to her work.

Diana is a licensed social worker, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Her work extends beyond conventional clinical boundaries, incorporating modalities such as biomagnetism, Recall Healing, and other integrative approaches. This unique toolkit allows her to identify and address the underlying emotional and energetic imbalances that often contribute to chronic addiction, trauma, and persistent health challenges.

Her clinical specialties include PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and energetic imbalances. By weaving together somatic techniques with approaches such as Recall Healing, EMDR, EFT (tapping), mindfulness, and mind-body medicine, Diana helps clients uncover and address the root causes of their distress.
